Global Client Solutions, Sales Enablement-Sales Strategy Associate/Principal
About The Position
The Global Sales Enablement team is seeking an [Associate / Principal] to lead and evolve data-driven solutions within our KCS (KKR Client Solutions) and Global Wealth Solutions (GWS) business. This is a senior individual contributor role for an experienced analytics professional who operates independently, brings forward ideas, and provides leverage to senior leadership through insight, judgment, and execution. The candidate will own core analytics products, shape how data is used across GWS, and drive data-informed decision-making that improves sales strategy, productivity, and business outcomes. Experience supporting asset management distribution and Alternative Investments is a strong plus.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or data management, preferably in asset management or financial services
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, exercise judgment, and manage work with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel) with experience working with large, complex datasets
- Experience with BI and analytics tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and/or Power BI, and asset management distribution data
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Bachelor degree in business, computer science, data and analytics, data science or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as a senior analytics partner to Sales and Product leadership, delivering insights that inform strategy and key business decisions
- Translate analytics into sales strategy and practical tools that improve relationship manager productivity and effectiveness
- Own and maintain core analytics products, reporting, and data assets that support the KCS business
- Identify high-impact business questions and opportunities, and proactively develop analytics to address them
- Lead executive-level sales, performance, and ROI analysis across sales and business initiatives
