About The Position

The Integrated Systems Test (IST) Sales group is hiring a Sales Enablement Professional (Sales Support) to join their team. The Sales Enablement Professional provides full‑time, onsite sales administrative and operational support for the Integrated Systems Test business at Teradyne’s North Reading facility. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely execution of configuration build‑outs, order processing, shipment tracking, and reporting activities. Working side‑by‑side with Business Unit managers, Product Marketing, Sales, and the broader Sales Enablement team, this position enables sales execution excellence and smooth order lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to support order processing, configuration management, and sales execution activities
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and highly organized with a problem‑solving mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience in semiconductor, capital equipment, or high‑tech manufacturing environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration build‑outs to support customer quotes and booked orders
• Develop accurate and timely order bookings within CRM and ERP systems
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product Marketing to ensure smooth opportunity‑to‑order execution
• Build and maintain shipment tracking and order status visibility for internal stakeholders
• Support ad‑hoc and recurring reporting related to bookings, backlog, and shipments
• Partner with BU managers and Sales Enablement leadership to validate data accuracy and resolve execution issues
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across sales and order management systems
