As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for building the systems, processes, and content that enable HiveWatch’s sales team to perform at the highest level. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, and leadership, translating strategy into execution for a growing enterprise sales organization. You will own onboarding, training, messaging, playbooks, and ongoing enablement for AEs and BDRs selling complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. This is a hands-on role for someone excited to build enablement from the ground up while continuously iterating as the business scales.
