You will join the wider Go-to-Market team at incident.io, and be amongst seasoned SaaS GTM professionals who thrive on building enduring organizations. We're looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to build, deliver, and continuously improve enablement programs that make our sales team unstoppable. You'll partner closely with sales leadership, product, and marketing to equip Account Executives and Account Managers with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to consistently succeed. This is a hands-on role: you'll design onboarding, create playbooks, run training, and set up processes from scratch. You'll also lay the foundation for a scalable enablement function that can grow with the business.
