The opportunity We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to take a leading role in defining and executing our sales enablement programs. This is a high-impact role with direct visibility into revenue performance and a seat at the table with senior sales and marketing leadership. You’ll partner closely with a global sales organization to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness across the full sales lifecycle, from onboarding and product training to skills development, pre-sales support, and sales technology adoption. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our enablement strategy while continuing to grow your own enablement expertise. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for a wide range of activities spanning rep onboarding, sales training, tool adoption and value realization, custom reporting, and select pre-sales support activities. Success in this role requires detail-oriented thinking, a bias towards action and execution, strong project management skills, and a foundational understanding of sales processes and tools.
