As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in accelerating sales performance and ensuring our teams are equipped to deliver value at every stage of the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles
  • Experience within a SaaS or digital health environment.
  • Proven success in designing and executing enablement programs that drive measurable sales performance.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and learning management systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare technology or a regulated industry.
  • Ability to translate complex product features into compelling sales narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and energized by enabling others to succeed.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales Onboarding & Certification – Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs that ensure new sales hires ramp quickly, achieve early success, and meet certification standards.
  • Develop & Curate Sales Content – Create and maintain high-impact sales collateral, playbooks, battle cards, and competitive intelligence tools that support every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Optimize Sales Processes – Identify and implement improvements in sales workflows, CRM usage, and pipeline management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze & Report Sales Metrics – Track key performance indicators, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights to sales leadership to inform strategy and coaching.
  • Manage Enablement Tools – Own and optimize platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), CRM, and content management tools to support scalable enablement.
  • Align Cross-Functional Messaging – Partner with Marketing and Solution Sales to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment; collaborate with Product to keep sales informed of new features and updates.
  • Drive Ongoing Training & Development – Design and facilitate internal enablement programs including annual sales kickoffs, quarterly business reviews, and soft-skills training to foster continuous growth.
  • Lead Sales Communications – Manage internal communications to the sales team, including newsletters, updates, and training schedules to ensure alignment and engagement.
