About The Position

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for equipping our sales organization with the tools, training, processes, and insights needed to increase close rates, shorten sales cycles, and improve customer experience. This role bridges sales leadership, marketing, and operations to ensure our sales reps—from inside sales to in-home consultants—are prepared, confident, and effective at every stage of the homeowner journey.

Requirements

  • 7-12+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations
  • Proven success improving sales performance through training, tools, and process optimization
  • Strong understanding of in-home or consultative selling models
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Experience supporting both inside sales and field sales teams
  • Familiarity with financing options commonly used in home improvement sales
  • Background working in high-growth or multi-location service businesses

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in residential home services (windows, roofing, HVAC, solar, remodeling, or similar) strongly preferred
  • Experience in windows and doors- strong PREFERRED

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires (inside sales, in-home consultants, and sales managers)
  • Develop ongoing training focused on product knowledge, in-home selling, objection handling, financing options, and consultative selling
  • Conduct ride-alongs, call reviews, and field coaching to reinforce best practices
  • Build and maintain sales playbooks tailored to residential window and home services sales
  • Standardize sales processes from lead intake through contract signing
  • Partner with sales leadership to refine scripts, presentations, and close strategies
  • Manage and optimize sales enablement tools (CRM, proposal software, call tracking, learning platforms)
  • Ensure reps have access to up-to-date product specs, pricing guidance, competitive insights, and financing options
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, promotions, and homeowner education materials
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics (close rate, average ticket, time to close, lead conversion)
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training or process improvements
  • Support forecasting and pipeline hygiene through better sales execution
  • Partner with Operations to align sales promises with installation and service capabilities
  • Work with Marketing to ensure lead quality and messaging consistency
  • Serve as a feedback loop from the field to leadership on customer objections, competitor activity, and process friction
