In this position, as the Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing our two lines of business, Betterment at Work and Betterment Advisor Solutions. You’ll work across both lines of business, empowering our sales teams with the necessary tools, knowledge and training, helping them present our product and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for owning the sales training and onboarding programs across Betterment’s Sales organization, ensuring sellers are equipped with the critical knowledge and skills to succeed. In addition, you will partner closely with Betterment’s Sales Enablement Associate to ensure proper sales tool adoption and mastery across the organization. This role will cover all customer segments, including Direct and Partner sales, and support the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales expansion. Reporting into the Director, Sales Enablement within the marketing department, you will collaborate closely with the sales teams as well as Growth Marketing, Creative Services, Insights, Analytics, RevOps and external vendors and agencies as needed. This role is based out of our NYC office. Below we've reflected the base salary range for this position.
