As our product and go-to-market strategy continue to evolve, enabling new sellers to ramp quickly and confidently is critical to our success. We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Enablement Manager, Onboarding & Ramping to support and help scale our sales onboarding & ramping programs – the first 6 months of a new sales hire. As part of the GTM Enablement team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, engaging onboarding & ramping experience for new hires across our Sales organization and leveraging AI tools to make learning more efficient, personalized, and impactful. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is excited about enablement, program coordination, and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment – gaining exposure to how a high-performing, AI-driven GTM organization operates.
