Who We're Looking For: Sales Enablement Liaison - Wakefield We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Sales Enablement & Compliance Specialist to join our evolving Sales Enablement function. This role is a dual-focus position centered on two of our core pillars: Enablement (Process, Training, and Support) and Compliance (Standards, Accuracy, and Accountability). Your mission is to bridge the gap between high-level sales strategy and daily execution by ensuring our team maintains the highest standards of CRM discipline. A day in the life of a Sales Enablement Liaison: Wakefield, MA Sales Operations & Data Integrity: Master and maintain department information systems (HubSpot, DocuSign, ZoomInfo, Google Suite) to ensure data integrity, sales process compliance, and accurate contract record-keeping. Contract Administration & Compliance: Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including entity searches, brand-specific requirements, and document verification—ensuring all internal policies and sales requirements are met before delivery. Strategic Sales Enablement: Fulfill high-priority administrative requests such as pricing slides, proposals, and trade show lead processing while attending pipeline calls to anticipate future contract needs. Internal Collaboration & Project Leadership: Build productive relationships across the team to provide top-notch customer service, lead specific team projects, and offer expert guidance on contract-related inquiries. Process Optimization & Support: Drive continuous improvement by creating detailed work instructions and providing feedback on workflows, while supporting ad hoc operational activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Operational Rigor: High attention to detail with a "compliance-first" approach
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
  • Must display a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and emotional maturity
  • Some travel required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a related degree, or equivalent relevant industry experience
  • At least three years in a Sales Admin/Coordinator/support position
  • At least 3 years in order processing, agreement/contract drafting, Paralegal preferred but not required
  • At least one year of HubSpot.com experience
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • In-House Marketing experience is a plus, but not required
  • Digital Marketing experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities
