GoodVision is looking for a professional US or UK-based Sales Director who will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build & manage high-performing sales teams. This role provides strategic leadership, manages key customer relationships, and ensures sales targets are consistently achieved.

Requirements

  • Substantial leadership experience spanning Sales and Marketing in B2B environment
  • Previous experience in sales team leadership and sales operations.
  • Skilled in sales pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue management.
  • Experience in scaling sales organizations and entering new markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
  • International or multi-region sales leadership experience.
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and business needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Set sales objectives, forecasts, and KPIs; monitor performance and optimize the team results.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships, where the company can grow.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure alignment.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to leadership.
  • Establish revenue stability and forecasting accuracy by implementing structured pipeline management practices.
  • Represent sales within business planning and budgeting cycles.
  • Represent GoodVision in various traffic events.
