About The Position

Fury Motors Group is seeking a Sales Director to lead strategic, scalable growth and drive consistent performance across our network of dealership locations. This executive-level leader will focus on executing the forecast, driving volume and performance, and ensuring alignment with OEM and corporate objectives across all rooftops . This role is ideal for a high-energy, performance-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and is passionate about developing strong sales leaders and teams.

Requirements

  • Proven executive-level automotive sales leadership experience (multi-rooftop strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive volume, profitability, and performance at scale.
  • High-energy, proactive leadership style with strong initiative.
  • Strong coaching and talent development capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of OEM programs, digital retailing, and modern dealership operations.
  • Strategic thinker who also thrives in hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales forecast through daily leadership, performance management, and volume acceleration.
  • Drive production, profitability, and market share growth across all locations.
  • Identify under-performance early and lead rapid-response turnaround strategies.
  • Oversee performance across multiple dealership locations with a focus on consistency and accountability.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop General Sales Managers (GSMs).
  • Promote collaboration and best-practice sharing across stores.
  • Champion digital retailing, new sales technologies, and modern sales processes.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, results-driven culture.
