About The Position

KITSCH is currently looking for a passionate and strategic Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and expand our brand presence through exceptional service and expert product knowledge. In this key role, you won't just manage targets; you'll actively cultivate enduring client relationships , deliver invaluable insights and strategy , and continuously adapt to industry trends to ensure Kitsch's success. Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience within CPG, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics, distribution channels, and consumer behavior in the beauty market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends and sales performance.
  • Experience with Target and Drug Channel required

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets set by the company to drive revenue growth
  • Generate and analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement, presenting findings to the management team.
  • Create Strategic Sales plan to drive long term growth and planning with key retailer partners in the Mass Space while hitting key contra Targets
  • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, competitive products, and opportunities for product development or diversification.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
  • Stay updated on the brand's product offerings and provide training and support to clients to enhance their product knowledge and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to execute effective + compelling promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to drive product awareness and increase sales.
  • Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained by coordinating with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
