Responsibilities

  • Building, developing, and retaining a high-performance sales team.
  • Setting clear expectations, coaching in real time, and holding people accountable—consistently
  • Driving operational excellence across new and pre-owned sales.
  • Translating strategy into daily execution on the showroom floor and in the service drive.
  • Creating a culture where high standards are the norm and high performance is rewarded.
  • Protecting and strengthening a long-standing family-owned brand built on trust and integrity.
  • Maintaining an excellent partnership with Toyota.
