East Daley Analytics is seeking a Sales Director who is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading and developing a high-performing sales team. This role owns team quota attainment, pipeline development, and execution of go-to-market strategy across new business and existing accounts. The Sales Director develops and executes the sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and go-to-market priorities. This includes defining target segments, optimizing sales processes, and establishing clear performance expectations across the team. As a people leader, this role focuses on coaching, development, and accountability of sales representatives, enabling them to meet and exceed their individual goals. The Sales Director partners closely with marketing, product, and leadership to refine positioning, improve lead quality, and enhance overall revenue execution. The Sales Director plays a critical role in scaling a predictable and repeatable revenue engine.
