About The Position

QuaverEd is a rapidly growing, innovative education company founded in 2009. We are headquartered in historic Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee. Exclusive Sale Territory: Candidates must reside in Nashville. This role requires travel to the territory. Sales Director will report to our National Sales Director. The Job Title role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably selling to organizations.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proven self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire for continuous learning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in K-12 education, especially with music, Health/PE, SEL
  • Utilize our in-house CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Candidates must be at least 25 years old and have a valid drivers license to meet company car rental requirements.
  • Fingerprint background checks will be conducted for all candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in QuaverEd curricula to effectively communicate its value to prospective and existing customers.
  • Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Maintain detailed sales projections and data in our Qforce CRM system.
  • Work with the assigned Sales Associate to achieve sales goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with school districts through direct outreach.
  • Highlight curriculum features that address customer needs and challenges.
  • Maintain updated contact lists and ensure consistent follow-up to foster strong customer relationships.
  • Travel up to 50% during peak seasons to meet with customers and attend events.
