About The Position

This next phase requires more than just momentum; it demands discipline, structure, and consistent execution. We’re looking for a Sales Director who can turn strategy into results. You’ll be responsible for translating revenue strategy into predictable execution: improving pipeline quality, coaching teams through complex buying journeys, and increasing confidence in forecast accuracy. PredictHQ is the global leader in predictive demand intelligence, helping businesses understand how real-world events impact demand. From concerts and sports games to weather disruptions and travel patterns, our platform transforms millions of events into forecast-grade insights that enable smarter decisions. Companies like Domino’s, Uber, Expedia, and IHG rely on PredictHQ to optimise staffing, pricing, inventory, and marketing. Backed by leading investors including Lightspeed, Sutter Hill Ventures, and Aspect Ventures, we operate globally with teams in Auckland, San Francisco and New York - and we’re just getting started. You’ll lead a team of: Account Executives SDRs Account Manager Your mission is simple (but not easy): Increase conversion. Improve execution. Win enterprise customers. This is a complex, technical sales environment, involving: Executive stakeholders Technical buyers Procurement Cross-functional teams You’ll partner closely with: Marketing (pipeline generation) Solutions Engineering (technical depth) CRO (strategy)

Requirements

  • Led enterprise or mid-market SaaS sales teams
  • Improved conversion, win rates, and forecast accuracy
  • Strong coaching across the full sales cycle, from discovery to negotiation
  • Worked closely with marketing + pre-sales/solutions teams
  • Thrives in high-performance, scaling environments
  • Comfortable with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Applicants for this position must have US residency or a valid US work visa.
  • Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies and procedures, applicable legislation, rules and standards, including relevant Acts, Advertising Standards Authority rules and regulations, and industry body requirements.
