We are an innovative company that has already established itself as the preferred supplier to industry-leading enterprise software companies. With comprehensive software telemetry and SaaS based business intelligence solutions, our technology allows customers to track unlicensed corporate usage of their valuable software and convert unlicensed corporate users into paying customers. We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Director to build and lead our sales function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape our sales strategy, define processes, and build a high-performing team. You will be responsible for creating and executing a robust sales plan to drive revenue growth for our established products and you will work with the leadership team to develop and execute a Go-To-Market strategy for a number of exciting new products, with a much wider addressable market. You will build, manage and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on both strategic planning and day-to-day execution. Candidates should be based in the United States with full working visa status. This position will operate within Eastern Time-zone working hours.
