Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required with a MBA preferred
  • 5 years minimum of successful Sales Leadership experience
  • 10+ years of experience working in the Specialty Tapes and Labels space
  • High business acumen, along with proven strategy and execution skills
  • Track record of developing high performance sales teams while delivering to growth objectives
  • Demonstrated Change leadership skills, and an Entrepreneurial approach
  • Transformational mindset
  • Experience with Selling and Value-Delivery processes, as well as value-based pricing
  • Experience in the Specialty Tapes and Labels industry.
  • Strategy development, Negotiation, and Selling Process training
  • Travel for this position is estimated to be 35%-50% of your time to include travel nationwide

Responsibilities

  • Development of a high-performing sales team
  • Create the Business Plan and execution Strategy for the region
  • Support the modernization of our Selling and Value Delivery processes
  • Leverage our CRM (ACE/Salesforce) to deliver financial expectations
  • Drive robust Pricing and Offer tools, aligned negotiation strategy
  • Lead customer retention and acquisition efforts, through value-based pricing models
  • Optimization and Digitization of our selling efforts
  • Drive an exceptional employee and customer experience
  • Support innovation efforts and drive commercialization of new launches
  • Establish Executive level relationships with top customers
  • Understanding of key market dynamics and competitive SWOT
