Screenverse is building the largest network of digital screens in the physical world, simplifying the Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising experience for both buyers and media owners. We leverage unparalleled programmatic expertise to position, manage, and monetize over 100,000 digital screens across 30+ venue types, including billboards, retail, point-of-care, gas stations, residential, office, and transit environments in every major market in the continental U.S. Our team of sales professionals, programmatic experts, media operations specialists, and marketers works closely with media owners to maximize revenue and with agencies and brands to deliver scalable, high-impact campaigns. We are a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team building the connective tissue of the programmatic DOOH ecosystem. Screenverse is entering a major growth phase, and the Sales Director will play a critical role in driving revenue while supporting the development and performance of the broader sales organization. This is a senior, player-coach role positioned between Account Executives and the Head of Sales. You will be responsible for closing strategic deals, owning key agency and advertiser relationships, and helping shape go-to-market strategy. You will also support pipeline development, deal strategy, and performance across the sales team. This role is ideal for a seasoned programmatic seller who wants to operate at a strategic level while still directly influencing revenue.
