Sales Director- Local Customers

About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead local market expansion and build a high-performing sales team across key U.S. regions. This role is responsible for driving ground-level customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales / business development
  • Experience in: Logistics / last-mile / e-commerce
  • Proven track record of scaling a sales team
  • Strong execution and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a local BD / sales team
  • Drive customer acquisition through: Warehouses / fulfillment centers (3PLs) US Local E-commerce sellers (Target, Walmart, Shopify, Amazon, etc)
  • Develop sales strategies and execution plans
  • Monitor performance and optimize sales efficiency
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure customer success and retention
