Do you have a passion for helping families find the right place for their loved ones? As a Sales Director with Northbridge, you’ll serve as a trusted liaison to families during one of life’s most meaningful transitions - guiding them with compassion, integrity, and understanding every step of the way. In this results-driven role, you’ll lead all outreach and relationship-building efforts, develop and execute sales plans, and consistently measure success through key performance indicators (KPIs).
