Position Summary CSN Collision is seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Director to lead and expand our insurance partnerships across the U.S. market. This role is responsible for both new business development and account management, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and strengthening long-term relationships with insurance carriers. The successful candidate will take ownership of their pipeline, proactively identify new opportunities, and position CSN as a trusted partner within the collision repair industry. This is a high-impact, results-driven role requiring a balance of strategic thinking, relationship management, and execution.
