The Sales Director will promote strategic growth for Altruix by identifying leads, closing sales transactions, implementing new accounts, and managing partnerships longitudinally. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance

Responsibilities

  • Creates and maintains successful relations with existing customers and potential customers by interacting professionally and pro-actively
  • Promotes strategic growth for the company by identifying leads and closing transactions, with a concentration on growing assisted living facility footprint, residential/group home consumer base, and other long-term care facility residencies
  • Attends conferences in an effort to maintain relationships with current customers, identify leads, and interact with potential assisted living facility customers
  • Acts as a liaison between our company and the customer base through contracting and implementation process
  • Provides ongoing onboarding and educational seminars to assisted living facilities when new accounts are implemented
