About The Position

In this role, you will be a driving force behind innovation and growth in our sales process, pipeline, and deal management. You will adhere to great customer experience while consistently meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. This is a high-energy role that requires a passion for sales, superior communication skills, and a proven ability to understand internal business as well as client priorities to develop creative solutions.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years experience in B2C digital ad sales or partnerships, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment and longer-term strategic sales with success in leading and closing large deals.
  • Excellent selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong influencing skills to quickly build credibility, establish rapport and engage in executive level partnerships.
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and work alongside team members to ensure team success.
  • Driven, self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic with a solution-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong leadership experience; ability to foster a positive work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to efficiently and confidently execute, deliver, and iterate.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly in building relationships and working collaboratively both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and potential clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to provide exceptional customer service, maintain client retention and maximize revenue.
  • Accurately forecast business on a quarterly cadence.
  • Display a thorough understanding of business needs and revenue potential for accounts.
  • Analyze client performance and recommend strategies to drive business performance.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to provide exceptional customer service, maintain client retention and maximize revenue.
  • Develop a deep level of understanding of Stocktwits’ offerings and a strong base level knowledge of the fintech landscape to elevate prospecting communication with clients.
  • Supply leadership with regular reports on key data and metrics to drive strategic decision making.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
