About The Position

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Catering Manager to lead our Sales and Catering Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and soliciting corporate clients to generate new group business while sustaining established repeat customers. This role is crucial in meeting our monthly and annual financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Sales and Catering Department, ensuring team member productivity and effective training.
  • Oversee the achievement of overall Transient, Group, and Catering budgets.
  • Develop team members through goal planning and training initiatives.
  • Conduct daily and weekly meetings to review team performance and strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with the Sales and Catering team through organized meetings and written materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to forecast and budget effectively.
  • Maintain established customer relationships while actively generating new business relationships.
