About The Position

The Sales Director is responsible for leading customer relationships and driving sales initiatives across the Middle East region. This role requires deep knowledge of airline cabin interiors, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to lead the development and execution of customer-focused sales strategies. The ideal candidate excels in relationship management, understands global business dynamics, and can translate customer needs into successful proposals and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS).
  • Minimum of 7 years of commercial aviation experience with strong knowledge of airline cabin interiors.
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and manage multiple timelines.
  • Customer-first mindset and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical content.
  • Comfortable presenting to customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50%.
  • Employment is contingent upon a successful drug screen and criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct sales experience in cabin interiors preferred; relevant experience in Program Management, Marketing, or Contracts may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with key airline stakeholders, embodying Jamco’s customer-first mindset.
  • Lead all sales activities for assigned customers and represent all Jamco product lines.
  • Identify customer requirements and manage all engagement activities, including securing and supporting contracts.
  • Develop proposals, coordinate RFQ activities, manage proposal schedules, and ensure accurate, timely submissions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales handoff documentation upon receipt of LOI/PO and support seamless transition to Program Management.
  • Monitor cabin interior trends and emerging technologies to better anticipate customer needs.
  • Support development of marketing plans and forecast regional sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse international teams and customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
