The Director of Sales will build upon and lead a world-class sales team. You will develop and implement successful sales practices and strategy to foster revenue expansion and professional growth of the Specialized Partner Markets team. As a leader within a high-growth vertical, you will have a background in Sales Leadership working with Indirect Resellers and Partnership along with Employment Screening, Financial Services markets. You will report into the National Vice President of Specialized Partner Markets. Location: Open, United States

Requirements

  • BS / BA Degree required.
  • 5+ years successful sales experience, successful sales management experience
  • Record of growing a business over time
  • An understanding of credit information and Fraud solutions
  • Experience developing people, ensuring client satisfaction, and securing wins
  • Establish crystal clear expectations
  • Excellent goal setting, analytical and planning skills
  • Manage important strategic plans
  • Outstanding people management, collaboration, leadership and developmental skills
  • Willingness to travel
