About The Position

Reporting directly to the President, the Sales Director is responsible for driving RAD Amplify’s continued growth, and whose primary responsibility is increasing revenue and expanding the company's business, by selling its suite of audience intelligence and influencer marketing solutions to brands and agencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 - 7+ yrs successful track record in Sales or BD, working in ad/mar tech, digital media, agency or related industries, with Influencer solutions sales experience preferred
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, who works well in a high-growth environment
  • Team player who is a strong communicator and collaborator
  • “Connector” who knows how to leverage networking environments for business development
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout the US as needed
  • Familiarity with CRM and Google Suite products
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Build a book of business though a high level of sales activity and client engagement, calling on brands and agency partners
  • Deliver timely sales forecasts and active pipeline management
  • Exceed the annual sales plan and corresponding quarterly targets
  • Identify relevant buyer needs/asks to pinpoint focus areas and product gaps for new client development as needed
  • Represent Amplify and travel to/attend industry events as needed, in the interest of growing the prospect and client pool
