Our team brings deep expertise across partnership sales and marketing, talent management, event production, media, community building, and IP development. We’re seeking a Director of Sales to help drive international sponsorship revenue across Evo’s global event footprint, with a primary focus on Japan in APAC and France in the EU. This role is designed for a strategic seller with deep knowledge of the sponsorship sales process, experience managing sales agencies, and a strong understanding of the gaming industry and Fighting Games, in particular. As Director of Sales - International, you will serve as a connective tissue across international market sales leads, agencies, and RTS’ central Partnerships and Evo teams, reporting to the SVP of Partnerships. In this role, you will help shape international go-to-market strategy, guide deal architecture, manage pipelines, and actively support the progression and closing of commercial partnerships. While lead generation is primarily supported by local teams and agencies, this role requires fluency across the full sales lifecycle, including strategic planning, positioning, negotiation, closing, and post-sale execution. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong storytelling and thrives in globally distributed, fast moving environments.
