As the Sales Director, you will lead sales efforts for SoFi's Big Business Banking (BBB) platform, targeting enterprises at the intersection of technology, payments, and digital assets. This role exists to drive revenue growth, acquire high-value clients, and expand SoFi's market presence in key sectors by leveraging our regulated commercial banking platform that combines traditional deposit and payment services with modern digital asset infrastructure. Your contributions will directly support SoFi's mission to transform business finance through innovative, scalable solutions, including real-time payments, stablecoin integration, and treasury management, ultimately helping clients achieve greater efficiency, liquidity, and network effects. In this role, you will operate in a dynamic, virtual environment with access to digital collaboration tools, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms. Daily responsibilities include: Prospecting and qualifying leads from sectors such as e-commerce, marketplaces, social media, digital services, banks, software, and digital assets; Conducting virtual product demonstrations and pitches highlighting product features like 24/7 real-time payments (via SoFi's SEN network), wire transfers by API, ACH origination, deposit accounts, and digital asset custody; Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at target companies; Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet quarterly revenue targets; Collaborating with product, compliance, and operations teams to tailor solutions; Analyzing market trends and client feedback to refine sales strategies; and tracking performance metrics in CRM tools. Expectations include achieving sales quotas, fostering long-term client partnerships, and contributing to a projected deposit balance growth across customer segments.
