The Sales Development Team Lead will be responsible for developing, coaching, and supporting the sales team to drive performance and consistency. This is a producing leadership role that requires hands-on involvement in training, real-time coaching, and the ability to step in and assist with closing deals when needed. This role requires a strong background in sales performance, proven results, and the ability to effectively train and mentor others.
