About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Development Representative to help us solidify our position and drive growth in the US. You’ll play a critical role in building our outbound engine by identifying the right leads, engaging decision-makers, and booking meetings that drive our mission forward. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about tech, sustainability, and wants to make a tangible difference in the hospitality space.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of B2B outbound experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or hospitality/F&B services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Very comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
  • Organized, self-driven, and resilient
  • Experience with CRM tools preferred HubSpot
  • Languages: Fluent in English

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with hospitality or sustainability industries
  • Experience in sales in the hospitality industry

Responsibilities

  • Prospect qualified leads across the US
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Book qualified discovery meetings for the AE team
  • Maintain clean, up-to-date records in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve pitch, and objection handling
