As our Sales Development Representative you’ll be at the forefront of outbound sales efforts, generating qualified leads and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Your role is critical to ensuring that our sales pipeline stays full of high-quality prospects, so our sales team can focus on closing deals and driving revenue. If you love building relationships, optimizing sales strategies, and hitting targets, this role is perfect for you! The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $81,000 and up to $95,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role.
  • A solid understanding of CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and outbound sales tools (like Outreach or SalesLoft).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for getting prospects excited.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding lead generation goals in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • The resilience to handle rejection and keep pushing to hit your targets.
  • A collaborative attitude and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, engage, and qualify leads through outbound efforts (calls, emails, social outreach).
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand target markets and tailor outreach strategies.
  • Schedule discovery meetings with qualified leads for the sales team to take forward.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, interactions, and outcomes.
  • Achieve and exceed individual lead generation and meeting goals.
  • Optimize your outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback from prospects.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and adjust outreach tactics to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
