Forecast International, a platform of GovExec, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team. The Sales Development Team is leading the charge on growing the data business across GovExec brands and designing communication strategies to qualify more customers. As the Sales Development Representative, you will be accountable for qualifying inbound leads, outbound cold calling, networking, and other methods of producing interest from potential customers for Forecast International and Military Periscope. You will also collaborate with marketing, sales executives, and sales management to provide a high-quality experience for all prospects and help bolster interested organizations' ability to use Forecast International and or Military Periscope in their business. In addition to pipeline development, this role will support early-stage account engagement and ongoing account touchpoints to ensure strong client onboarding, relationship continuity, and identification of expansion opportunities. This position requires a blend of new business development, consultative engagement, and structured account support.
