About The Position

Ready to start your sales career, but not sure where to begin? No experience? That’s okay. If you’re motivated, coachable, and eager to grow, we’ll train you . We’re hiring Entry-Level Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support our growing government software sales team , working with cities and counties across the U.S. This is a full‑time inside sales / outbound sales role designed for individuals looking to break into B2G and SaaS sales .

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Entry level candidates encouraged to apply
  • Coachable, open to feedback, and eager to learn
  • High energy, self-motivated, and goal oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced sales environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM and sales tools

Nice To Haves

  • Sales, customer service, call center, or inside sales experience is a plus (not required)
  • CRM experience ( Pipedrive preferred ) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Make 75–95 outbound cold calls per day to cities, counties, and local government agencies
  • Identify and qualify decisionmakers at government organizations
  • Clearly explain our software solutions and schedule demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate call notes and activity tracking in Pipedrive CRM
  • Meet or exceed daily call, activity, and demo goals
  • Work closely with Account Executives to support a strong sales pipeline
  • Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and development
