About The Position

We’re looking for a driven and articulate Sales Development Representative to help scale Knowt’s presence in schools and districts across the country. You’ll be responsible for your own outreach — cold emails, cold calls, and any other strategies to drive sales and meet quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience (EdTech or SaaS preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, and educator-friendly.
  • Demonstrated ability to run structured outreach sequences and hit activity targets.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, email automation platforms, and sales engagement systems.
  • High drive, resilience, and willingness to handle high outreach volume.

Responsibilities

  • Personalize outreach using teacher/district data, usage insights, and Knowt’s value props.
  • Build targeted outreach lists and run multi-touch outbound sequences across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events. Maintain a high volume of daily outreach while delivering high-quality messaging.
  • Update CRM diligently (HubSpot) to ensure clean pipeline visibility.
  • Meet Quarterly revenue targets
  • Travel with the team to larger conferences, and visit smaller conferences on your own (or with 1 to 2 members) to reach leads
