About The Position

ACU-Serve is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support all ACU-Serve service lines and solutions. This role is responsible for day-to-day outbound prospecting and outreach to generate qualified meetings for our Sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in fueling pipeline growth, supporting conference strategy, and creating strong first impressions with prospective clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in healthcare sales, with a clear path to promotion into an Account Executive role within 12–18 months based on performance.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound sales role preferred
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM preferred
  • Experience using ZoomInfo or similar sales intelligence tools strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and prospect-facing conversations
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Interest in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or B2B services is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily outbound outreach to targeted prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Support all ACU-Serve service lines and solutions, tailoring messaging by audience and market segment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity tracking in HubSpot
  • Conduct pre-conference outreach to targeted prospects to schedule in-person meetings for Sales reps
  • Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing on conference targeting and messaging
  • Manage post-conference follow-up to re-engage prospects and convert conversations into qualified meetings
  • Use HubSpot to manage leads, log activities, and support pipeline hygiene
  • Leverage ZoomInfo for account research, contact identification, and list building
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to continuously refine targeting and outreach strategies
