Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Junior Level Business Development (BD) Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Onsite Only) Role Summary We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2 to 4 years of staffing industry sales experience to support our business development efforts. This junior-level role focuses on generating qualified pipeline for the Sales team through proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling discovery meetings. The ideal candidate is coachable, metric-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Prospect into target accounts using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them appropriately based on fit and urgency
  • Build pipeline by scheduling qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Research prospects to tailor outreach and improve conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the CRM
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, emails, connects, meetings set, SQLs, and pipeline creation
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging, outreach sequences, and targeting strategy
  • Handle objections effectively and perform consistent follow-up
  • Participate in trainings, role plays, and ongoing development initiatives
  • Two to four years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales within Staffing Industry
  • Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting and appointment setting
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach and KPI-driven performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and time management abilities
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate product value propositions and sales methodology
  • Experience selling staffing services
  • Experience selling into mid-market accounts or specific industry verticals
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas
