About The Position

Ark Resource Group is assisting a verified staffing partner in identifying a qualified Area Manager to oversee staffing operations in the Nashville market. This role focuses on operational oversight, client support, workforce coordination, and compliance within a growing staffing environment.
This position is currently being structured. Compensation, schedule, and final responsibilities will be updated as the role becomes fully established.

Requirements

• Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce management preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of employment compliance, payroll processes, and onboarding practices is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced environment
• Reliable transportation and ability to work locally within the Nashville area

Responsibilities

• Oversee day -to -day staffing operations within the Nashville area
• Manage and support client accounts and workforce performance
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and placement activities
• Ensure compliance with payroll, onboarding, workers’ compensation, and safety standards
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and client satisfaction
• Provide operational reporting and feedback to leadership
• Support local growth and business development initiatives
