At Keycafe, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Canada to identify, qualify, and convert inbound leads into high-quality meetings for our Account Executive team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers across the United States and Canada, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth for our global SaaS/IoT platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys engaging with decision-makers, and consistently meets or exceeds quotas. You’ll respond to inbound inquiries, qualify business fit, and set up meetings that move opportunities through the sales pipeline. You don’t need a technical background — but you do need curiosity and the ability to confidently explain how Keycafe’s SmartBox and cloud platform solve operational challenges for businesses.
