About The Position

Xplor Mariana Tek is a leading vertical SaaS platform that enables boutique fitness studios to run their businesses with ease, save time and increase revenue. Xplor Mariana Tek empowers class-based boutique fitness studios to increase sales performance and overall productivity by managing all aspects of their daily operations. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll help drive pipeline to generate more revenue as a business. Some of the responsibilities you’ll have:

Requirements

  • Desire to pursue a role in SaaS sales
  • Motivated to make 40+ calls every day
  • Attention to detail
  • Not afraid of rejection from prospects, has tough skin
  • Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
  • Ability to work in a team where you manage your own time and priorities
  • Motivated by a fast-paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt - no two days are the same!

  • Comfortable appearing on video for video-based email communications or other video-related initiatives
  • Display confidence and ease in public-speaking and presenting
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Competitive nature and drive to exceed individual targets
  • Looking to transition into an Account Executive role in the future

Responsibilities

  • Generate ideal prospect lists for our team to sell to
  • Call prospects and book a demo with our Account Executives
  • Target key accounts with multi-modal outreach approach
  • Assist in data quality management and enrichment
  • Learn CRM best practices and workflows
  • Participate in sales training programs
