Customer Experience Solutions : pulseM, Customer Lobby, GuildQuality, Listen360 and ZyraTalk. Our software enables businesses to effortlessly connect with their customers, build trust and loyalty, and most importantly, reach higher levels of success. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you'll have the chance to support the success of small businesses and contribute directly to our company's growth. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to service businesses via phone calls to identify, nurture, and assess new business prospects. Following the qualification process, you'll arrange demonstrations with an Account Executive.
