Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development in EHS software.
• Understanding of incident management and EHS team realities.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot and Apollo.io.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
• Experience in designing and scaling sales functions.
• Strong prospecting and creative outreach skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in early-stage environments and shaping GTM motion.
• U.S.-based with travel capability for meetings and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and GTM leadership on messaging and strategy.

• Act as the voice of the market, relaying insights from safety leaders.
