About The Position

We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The position focuses on generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and qualifying leads for our Account Executives. You’ll identify key decision makers, initiate contact, and schedule discovery calls and product demos. The SDR position is ideal for someone with 2+ years of SDR experience who’s eager to grow into a future Account Executive role.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development or Inside Sales role with proven success in outbound prospecting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - confident, professional, and persuasive.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily and handling rejection with resilience.
  • Skilled at identifying and engaging key decision makers in target organizations.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform to track activity and pipeline progress.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting through a structured cadence of calls, emails, and networking touchpoints, making 100–150 daily connections with prospective clients.
  • Leverage tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce to identify and connect with key decision makers.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule demos for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Broadband Dynamics’ value proposition with clarity and confidence.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and Account Executives on lead generation and outreach strategies.
  • Provide market feedback and insights regarding prospective customers’ needs, challenges, and emerging trends.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-energy, and performance-driven team culture.
