Trainual is on the hunt for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales squad. This role isn’t about packing calendars with meetings - it’s about filling them with the right ones. You’ll be the first conversation our future customers have with Trainual, making sure every chat is smart, personal, and aligned with what we do best. You’ll book high-quality, well-vetted discovery calls for our AEs - primarily focused on the top end of our ideal customer profile (100+ FTE scaling teams). You’ll spend your days researching and reaching out to ops-savvy professionals who feel the strain of misaligned teams and inconsistent operations — and showing them there’s a better way. You’ll qualify inbound interest, target outbound leads, and bring real value to every interaction. So, who are you? You’re part researcher, part conversationalist, and part detective. You love the chase of outbound. You can spot a real opportunity from a mile away and you know when to walk away, too. You’re coachable, resilient, and driven by results, not just activity. You love to hit a goal and are eager to grow your career in software sales. We have an amazing office in Tempe! While not required, we’d love to have this person in office 1-2 days a week.
