About The Position

As a Sales Development Representative, you will support the US Sales and Account Management teams by driving sales desk research, account intelligence, and go-to-market coordination. This is a critical commercial support role focused on enabling outbound effectiveness, improving account targeting, and ensuring seamless coordination between Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting senior sales stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Quantitative disciplines are a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Experience with CRM systems, outbound tools, and campaign execution.
  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable in execution.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally between Sales and Marketing.
  • Able to operate effectively in a global, remote environment across time zones.
  • Demonstrates ownership, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Research and qualify target accounts and key decision-makers across consulting, private equity, and institutional sectors.
  • Identify new prospect companies and build structured, high-quality target lists.
  • Develop tailored first-touch messaging and campaign hooks to support personalized outbound outreach.
  • Set up and manage outbound sequences on behalf of senior sales leaders.
  • Support regional sales initiatives through targeted outreach and meeting preparation.
  • Assist in coordinating strategic sales efforts and roadshows with regional leadership.
  • Support multi-channel campaigns, including LinkedIn and email outreach, and coordinate client engagement initiatives.
  • Act as the operational interface between Sales and Marketing for campaign lists, execution timing, and alignment.
  • Maintain visibility on active marketing campaigns and ensure synchronization with sales initiatives.
  • Support merchandising and campaign-related logistics.
  • Support identification and preparation of relevant conferences and client events.
  • Track client-supported training opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist with sample coordination and reconciliation of quoted versus invoiced samples.
