About The Position

We’re seeking a bright, outgoing, and empathetic Sales Coordinator to join our team as the first point of contact for prospective patients. You’ll help guide warm leads through our sales funnel, from discovery calls to in-person assessments, ultimately supporting them on their journey to our premium care services.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, patient coordination, or related roles, with a focus on retention and long-term growth.
  • Confident discussing premium service costs ($4,500–$8,500) over the phone.
  • Comfortable spending 15–20 hours per week on phone calls.
  • Bright, outgoing, empathetic, and culturally aware; able to connect with diverse patient populations, including older adults with osteoarthritis.
  • Strong English communication skills; clear, patient, and excellent listener.
  • Tech-savvy; familiarity with GHL CRM, Google Docs, Jane app scheduling software, Slack, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Team-oriented and open to feedback, continuous learning, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Engagement & Qualification Conduct 30-minute discovery calls with leads booked by our admin team.
  • Engage new Instagram followers via DMs to introduce services and gauge interest.
  • Re-engage past prospects using our CRM to nurture relationships and encourage next steps.
  • Sales Funnel Support Discovery Call → Qualify prospect In-Person Assessment → Schedule free visit Paid Treatment Session → Support first session booking Plan of Care Sale → Closed by in-office associate
  • Collaboration & Communication Work closely with the team on Slack and other communication channels.
  • Provide feedback and collaborate on process improvements.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with patients, ensuring they feel understood and supported.
