Let’s build the future of engineering together. 👉 Your Role As Synera’s first Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the US, you’ll be the first voice our future customers hear — engineering leaders, innovation teams, and decision-makers at forward-thinking deep-tech companies. Your mission: turn curiosity into conversations, and conversations into real business opportunities. Let’s be real: this role is hands-on. You’ll spend a lot of time picking up the phone, sending messages, following up, and getting through to tough prospects. But you’ll also learn why engineering leaders buy, what problems actually matter to them, and how to position an AI product that delivers real value. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing, test different outreach strategies, and help shape how Synera goes to market in the US.
