As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Nivoda, you'll be at the front line of our North American growth - identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective jewellery businesses, and turning cold outreach into warm, excited conversations for our Account Executive team. This is a phone-first, high-volume role: you'll be on the phone every day, having genuine conversations with jewelry business owners across North America and building the pipeline that powers our expansion. It's also a launchpad - you'll learn the full sales motion, build real expertise in an industry undergoing massive disruption, and accelerate your career in tech sales.
